I highly doubt these prices are going to last too long. OPEC is going crazy right now with these prices and I'm sure they'll greatly reduce production shortly.

And I went and sold my nice new V-6 Nissan pickup like an idiot and bought this damn 4 cylinder Toyota Corolla. What was I thinking? I can't haul firewood in it. I can't bring home a load of stuff I don't need from estate sales. All my friends and relatives back in Mississipi think I'm some kind of sissy driving a Corolla. But worst of all, I can't go duck hunting or to deer camp now. I hate the oil companies.

Today in Tulsa unleaded regular is $1.70 per gallon.

Here it was $2.37.

$1.70. I bet some people who used to not use 89 or 93 because of its cost will now use it. "Hey, I paid $3.99 for 87. This 89 is only $2.04."

$2.01 is the lowest I've seen in my area.

90.9 p a litre...hurray for supermarket price wars!!!

Mind you, that's ~$1.3635 a litre, so $5.146758 a US gallon.

We dont benefit from $ strength v £ weakness.

They struggle to maintain reduced production discipline and with the US in a slump for 5 quarters we have more of a breathing space...but in a few years things will be back up.
